Well, I'm here for the duration. Everyone needs to get chatty now. :-)

Yeah, this was supposed to be a relaxing day off, but instead, I think I'm coming down with a cold. I'm not coughing all that much, but my voice is kind of froggy and I feel kind of punky.

Part of my plans for today was to watch some Torchwood, Heroes, and the Joe Flanigan movie Thoughtcrimes. There's been a lot of fic posted over on LJ featuring DH's character, Emmett, from Boa Vs. Python and Joe's character, Brendon Dean, from Thoughtcrimes, and I need to acquaint myself with the Brendon character to really appreciate the fic, I think. However, I'm finding myself not much in the mood to watch anything. :-(

Maybe I should take a nap. After all, I've been up for a couple of hours now. *facepalm*

Heh. Thought I'd actually make a post here. I don't come here very often even though I have a permanent account because everyone's still at LJ. The Russians, however, are starting to piss me off, so I'm going to be here Friday for sure.

I'm horribly bored today at work. I hate these slow time because it just makes the day just that much longer. How I wish I'd been one of the ladies that won the big Powerball lottery this week. My office played too, but alas, it was not to be. I heard on the radio that none of the winners had plans to quit work, which just amazes me. In my office we all joke that if we win a big lottery, the office will be totally empty the next day because we'll all e-mail our notices in. Of course, I always say that I would need to come in for at least one day just to gather up all my ( toys ).

Okay, well, I guess I'll open an account here too. I was going to go with another name, but I decided to keep the one I have at lj so that people can find me if they so choose. If you friend me, post a comment here and I'll friend back.
